1. Eligibility & Account Registration Requirements
To register and use the dino99 platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements. dino99 reserves the right to request proof of compliance with any of these requirements at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension or closure.
- Minimum age of 18 years. dino99 is a platform strictly for adults. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. dino99 conducts periodic age verification and reserves the right to request a copy of your identity document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) to verify your age.
- One account per person only. Each player may only hold one active account at dino99. This includes not registering a new account after a previous account has been closed or suspended, unless written permission has been granted by dino99.
- Registration information must be accurate and up to date. Your full name, Malaysian phone number, and all other details provided during registration must be accurate. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of your entire account balance.
- Not currently under a self-exclusion period. If you have previously applied for self-exclusion or a self-ban from any online gambling platform, you are not permitted to register with dino99 until that exclusion period has expired.

Your dino99 account is entirely your personal responsibility. All activity that takes place under your account — whether carried out by you or by any third party you have granted access to — is your responsibility.

Anyone claiming to be from dino99 and requesting your password is attempting to defraud you — report it to our support team immediately.

- Funds must be from a legitimate source. You confirm that all funds deposited into your dino99 account are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any unlawful activity. dino99 adheres to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
- The payment method must be in your own name. Deposits may only be made using a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. Using a third-party account for deposits is prohibited and may result in the deposit being rejected or your account being suspended.
- Daily deposit limit. dino99 sets a daily deposit limit for each account for security and responsible gambling purposes. This limit may be updated from time to time and will be reflected in your account settings.
4. Withdrawal of Winnings
Dino99 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Your winnings are your money — and we take that seriously.
- Processing time. Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 15–60 minutes. VIP Gold and Diamond Elite members enjoy express processing within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals during peak hours or those requiring additional security review may take slightly longer.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. As a general rule, dino99 processes withdrawals via the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
- Wagering requirements must be met first. Before you can withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms must be fully met. Winnings from real-money wagers (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time.
- KYC verification for large amounts. Withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold may require additional identity verification (KYC). dino99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending the completion of this verification process. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours.
- No withdrawal fees. dino99 does not charge any fees for withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment service providers (such as banks or eWallet operators) may apply their own charges, which are beyond dino99's control.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
Dino99 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for members, including a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to RM 1,500 for new members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions stated below and within the specific terms of each promotion.
How to Read Wagering Requirements: If a RM 100 bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement, you will need to place a total of RM 3,000 in bets (RM 100 × 30) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. This does not mean you need to lose RM 3,000 — every qualifying bet you place will count towards this requirement.
- Welcome Bonus. A 150% bonus of up to RM 1,500 is awarded to new members making their first deposit. Wagering requirements and validity periods apply to each bonus — check the full terms in the Promotions section of your account. This bonus may only be claimed once per new player.
- Bonus abuse is prohibited. Any attempt to exploit the dino99 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or engaging in systematic "bonus hunting" — is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the bonus in question and possible account suspension.
- Games eligible towards wagering requirements. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. For example, baccarat bets may contribute 100% while certain other games may contribute a lower percentage. A full list of game contribution rates is available in your bonus terms section.
- Bonus validity period. Each bonus has an explicitly stated validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirements at the end of this period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
- dino99's right to modify or withdraw promotions. dino99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonus claims that have already been credited to your account.
6. Game Rules & Results
All games on dino99 have their own rules, which can be found in each game's information section. The rules below are general rules that apply to all games on the platform.
- Game results are final. Once a game round is complete and the outcome has been recorded by the system, that result is final and cannot be altered. Appeals regarding the outcome of a completed game round will not be entertained unless there is substantial evidence of a verified system technical error.
- Technical disruptions during gameplay. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, dino99 will use data stored by the system to determine a fair outcome. If the system is unable to establish a valid result, the relevant bets will be returned to the player's account.
- Certified RNG system. All digital games (slots, roulette, automated blackjack) use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body. This ensures every outcome is truly random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits. Each table and game has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed before you join. These limits are subject to change and may differ between regular games and VIP games.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Activities
To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all members, dino99 has a zero-tolerance policy towards the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in the actions outlined below.
- Use of automated software or bots. The use of any software, scripts, or automated tools to play, auto-analyse games, or exploit the dino99 system is strictly prohibited. dino99 employs sophisticated detection systems capable of identifying bot usage with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collusion between players. Any arrangement between two or more players to unfairly cooperate during gameplay — particularly in poker or player-versus-player games — is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing card information, taking turns winning to accumulate bonuses, or any other form of collusion.
- Money laundering. dino99 fully complies with Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Any attempt to use the dino99 platform as a channel for money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be immediately closed with all balances forfeited.
- Exploitation of technical bugs. If you discover any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the dino99 system, you are required to report them to our support team immediately. Exploiting bugs to obtain illegitimate winnings is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards dino99 support staff or other players is strictly prohibited. dino99 reserves the right to suspend the account of any player who engages in such conduct.
8. Account Suspension, Closure & Forfeiture
Dino99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account and, in certain cases, forfeit the account balance. This authority will be exercised fairly and responsibly, and only under circumstances permitted by these Terms & Conditions.
- Closure at the player's request. You may request the closure of your dino99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned to you once all applicable wagering requirements have been met or appropriately voided.
- Suspension for security reasons. dino99 may temporarily suspend an account for security verification or KYC compliance purposes. In such cases, you will be contacted via your registered email address or phone number to complete the verification process.
- Closure due to terms violation. A serious breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including real money balances, depending on the severity of the violation.
- Appeals process. If your account has been suspended or closed and you believe the decision was made unfairly, you may submit an appeal to the dino99 compliance team via email at support@dino99.online. - The latest version applies. In the event of any conflict between a previous version and the current version of these Terms & Conditions, the current version displayed on the dino99 website shall prevail and supersede all prior versions.
